Ten-step sample cycle

Every revision
leaves evidence.

  1. 01

Reference audit + Goldridge design changes

  2. 02

Technical drawing + bill of materials

  3. 03

    Fit block + measurement specification

  4. 04

Fabric, insulation, hardware and trim selection

  5. 05

    Prototype sample + construction review

  6. 06

Fit session + measured correction report

  7. 07

    Wear, wash and performance testing

  8. 08

Revised salesman sample + costing lock

  9. 09

    Size set + grading approval

  10. 10

    Pre-production sample + sealed standard

Tech-pack minimum

If it is not specified,
it is not controlled.

Views

Brand trim system

One crest.
Exact execution.

The current direction uses off-white wool felt, a navy satin border and typography, plus deep-red GR monogram, mountain and side marks. Before quotation, the artwork needs a controlled production specification.

To freeze
Diameter, thickness, vector artwork, Pantone and thread references.
To engineer
Stitch type, density, minimum letter size, backing and attachment.
To test
Wash, abrasion, colourfastness, edge stability and placement tolerance.
To extend
Tonal or silicone version for reversible and technical shells.

Claim control

Supplier statement ≠
public promise.

01

Define the exact claim and where it will appear.

02

Name the test method, threshold and evidence owner.

03

Store the certificate, report and sample revision against the SKU.

04

Approve legal wording and expiry / retest requirement.

05

Release the claim to PDP, hangtag and campaign copy.
