A source for assortment logic and supplier discussion—not an identity to copy.

Commercial scopeWomen + men

Outerwear first. No childrenswear. Casual extensions only after the core is clear.

First horizon33 weeks

From scope and legal audit to tested product, controlled inventory and DTC launch.

Operating ruleProof before scale

No claim, bulk order or category expansion without an evidence owner and approval gate.

Project definition

Not a blank start.
Not a relabelling exercise.

Goldridge begins with a substantial product reference, three developed visual directions for trims and an emerging brand universe. The task is to convert those inputs into an ownable system: original names and codes, approved product specifications, defensible claims, controlled economics, proprietary imagery and a recognisable customer experience.

The three current product dossiers—ZOE, JACK and KIM—are proof-of-standard prototypes. They demonstrate the depth required for every commercial SKU; they are not yet the complete assortment.

Recommended first drop

A commercial core.
Then earned expansion.

The source book is broad. The first order should be deliberately narrow enough to learn from real demand without fragmenting cash across colour, size and category.

First 30 days

Turn the brief
into controlled data.

  1. 01

Convert the complete women’s and men’s reference range into one collection master sheet.

  2. 02

Score every candidate on demand role, differentiation, margin potential, fit complexity and inventory risk.

  3. 03

Confirm private-label rights and define the minimum design distance required for Goldridge.

  4. 04

Freeze the crest specification, colour standards and trim architecture for supplier quotation.

  5. 05

Issue one standard RFQ and build comparable landed-cost scenarios before choosing samples.
